About Membership

CORTICES is a collaboration of pediatric orthopedic surgeons dedicated to improving the Quality, Safety and Value in the management of emergent orthopedic conditions through education, research and development of optimal care guidelines.

Our membership consists of multiple geographically diverse and busy pediatric centers that are fully committed to our mission. A list of our current members can be found on our team page.

Application Submission

  1. Application Form
    Complete the CORTICES institutional membership application
  2. Curriculum Vitae
    Include the CV of the primary institutional applicant.
  3. CORTICES Sponsor Letter
    Provide a letter of support from a current CORTICES member.
  4. Institutional Support Letter
    Provide a letter from the division chief, department chair, or chief medical officer.
  5. Membership Commitment
    Provide written confirmation of the institution’s commitment to the $5,000 membership fee if admitted.

Each application will be considered on the merits and the ability of the centers to contribute to the goals of the group.
